Recovery 101 with Foam Rolling

Join our Licensed Athletic Trainer, Kaity on how to use the best recovery tool for your sore and tight muscles. Some people may be intimidated on how to use a foam roller, and they are not sure if they are using it correctly

Kaity will instruct the proper way for using a foam roller from your neck to your calves safely and effectively

Class is limited to 5 participants and once the class is over you would be able to take home the foam roller to continue to improve the skills learned in class

When coming to the workshop, wear comfortable clothing since you will be using the foam roller that day. A container for water to keep hydrated and a great attitude!!
