Miss the speed workouts yet?
Well you’re in luck because hill workouts ARE speedwork in disguise! For the next 6 weeks, we will meet at a different hill at 6:30pm on Tuesdays. These will be timed workouts with the goal being to complete as many hill repeats you are comfortable with in the alloted time.
The hill at Old School Forest Preserve just so happens to be the hill on our Run of the Dead course so make friends with it, imagine the beer and margaritas at the top!!
You’ve heard that the Chicago Marathon is a flat course but have you seen that hill at mile 26?!
