As all of us do for the new year we come up with resolutions and every year somehow they are not achieved. Not this time!! Kristin our athletic trainer has come up with a 6 week course that will touch on stretching, foam rolling, stability ball work and resistance band exercises from beginner to advanced levels. Each week will be something different and will focus on upper body, lower body or both. Well how will this work?
January 16th: Stretching for your lower and upper body
January 23rd: Foam rolling for your lower and upper body
January 30th: Stability ball work for your upper body
February 6th: Stability ball work for your lower body
February 13th: Resistance bands for your upper body
February 20th: Resistance bands for your lower body
There are a few options for everyone. If you decide to take all 6 classes the cost will be $147. You can take one class at a time for $30 each. The equipment WILL NOT BE provided and asked if you can bring yours from home. Don’t have a foam roller? No problem. We will be offering them at discounted prices.
- Foam Roller: $30
- Stability Ball: $28
- Stretch Out Strap with Guide: $18
- Resistance bands (set of 3): $15
