Foam Rolling 101 at FlyGirl Fitness

Are the ladies at FlyGirl kicking your butt? Do you need to learn how to recover from their classes or maybe just from too much sitting at work? Have you ever used a foam roller? You’re going to now!!

Join Dr. Jordan Leasure to learn how to use the best recovery tool for your sore and tight muscles. Some people may be intimidated on how best to use a foam roller, and they are not sure if they are using it correctly – let’s fix that today.

Dr. Jordan will instruct the proper way to use a foam roller from your neck to your calves safely and effectively. Once the class is over you will be able to take home the foam roller to continue to improve the skills learned in class.

When coming to the workshop, wear comfortable clothing since you will be using the foam roller that day, a container for water to keep hydrated and a great attitude!!

There are three different dates so if you miss one don’t panic! August 26th, September 16th and October 14th which are all on a Sunday so no excuses!
